Our inspection will inform you of many things about your house and grounds. It will point out the good and the not so good. It will provide you with a list of items that need attention now, and items for which you should start budgeting for future repair or replacement. 

The level of involvement that you dedicate to the inspection is totally up to you... But, we highly recommend that you attend the inspection and walk along with your inspector listening to their comments and getting answers to your questions.  But if you can't be directly involved, we understand.  You'll still receive a comprehensive report that is easy to understand and chocked full of useful information about your home and maintenance requirements.  Everything identified during the inspection will be included in the report, and we are only a phone call away to answer any questions that you may have.
