Time-Optimized Inspection

We know that your time is valuable. While we highly recommend that you attend the full inspection, we would rather that you spend one hour with us than nothing at all. To that end we designed the Time-Optimized Inspection process that offers you the same full ASHI inspection and Inspection Report, but only requires one hour of your time on-site.

Here is how it works. Your inspector will arrive about one hour before you do. He will inspect the exterior including grounds, roof, chimney, gutters, and any exterior add-ons such as decks, patios and the like, and also inspected the garage and attic space. When you arrive, he will escort you around the exterior discussing what he observed and answering any question that you have. Once inside, your inspector will look at the ‘big ticket’ items first, such as the foundation, furnace, air-conditioner, electrical panel and so forth. You can spend as much or as little time as you have at the inspection and ask all the question that you have. When you are ready to leave, you will sign the Inspection Agreement (contract) and make your payment. Your inspector will remain to conclude the inspection and your report will be e-mailed to you the same day, or other arrangements will be made to deliver your report.
